Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At NEHMAT, we aim to deliver high-quality fashion jewelry and ensure complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and exchanges. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

We accept returns only under the following specific conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
• An unboxing video may be required as proof in case of damage claims.

NEHMAT reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (if marked final sale).
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless delivered damaged or wrong.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
• Minor color variations due to screen differences and lighting.

We offer exchanges under the following conditions: wrong item delivered, size issue (if applicable to specific product categories), or damaged/defective items. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange is subject to product availability and successful quality inspection of the returned product. If the requested product is unavailable, customers may opt for Store Credit or a Refund (as per eligibility).

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@nehmatstudio.com with:

• Order ID (e.g. `#NEH12345`)
• Product Name
• Clear images or unboxing video of the product
• Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, return shipping instructions will be shared. Customers must not ship products without prior approval; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our studio, refund approval will be communicated via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. If cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

All returned products undergo a thorough quality check by our quality control team. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after approval. If the returned product fails inspection, it may be shipped back to the customer and the refund/exchange denied.

NEHMAT reserves the right to refuse returns suspected of misuse or fraud, take legal action in case of false claims, and restrict user accounts that repeatedly misuse the return policy.
